Karim leads the Corporate Technology Transactions practice. Karim has been ranked as a leading fintech lawyer by Chambers & Partners for 3 consecutive years and was awarded Asia-Mena In-house Counsel of the year in 2017.
Prior to setting up AX Law, Karim headed the Saudi Arabia legal practice of one of the five largest law firms worldwide. Before that, Karim had worked at the largest foreign law firm in the Middle East, where he established the CorpTech practice. He has also led the Public Sector and Enterprise legal team at Cisco Capital and Cisco Systems in MEA region.
