Mirko is a senior associate at AX Law with over six years’ experience advising on FinTech, technology transactions, and public sector projects across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Prior to joining AX Law, Mirko was a key member of the top-ranked Bolivian law firm Moreno Baldivieso, where he worked within the Projects & PPPs and TMT practices.
He regularly advises fintech companies — from startups to leading digital banks — on day-to-day legal matters, complex technology transactions, and evolving regulatory requirements.
Mirko is also engaged on major public sector mandates in Saudi Arabia, including regulatory due diligence, procurement matters, and PPP-related project documentation.
