Zain focuses on corporate transactions across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining AX Law, he worked with a leading international law firm (Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer), a major Australian investment fund, and was a partner in a boutique law firm across Melbourne and Sydney.

Zain has also worked in-house for a range of corporate clients, including a pension fund and an ASX-listed mining and materials company, advising on major capital raising and corporate restructuring transactions.

He is known for providing commercially focused, solution-driven advice and enjoys strong relationships with his clients. Zain advises on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and venture debt transactions, private equity and investment funds, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory matters.
