Mark has over 25 years of experience advising on PPP/development projects. He acts for public and private sector clients on projects involving the built environment, including schools, hospitals, technology, housing and sports and leisure facilities, as well as advising on infrastructure projects including transportation, water, power and waste projects.

He advises clients on structures, corporate joint venture and project finance frameworks, partnering/development agreements, facilities management/outsourcing contracts, and construction/project documentation. He also advises on funding structures and project finance, PQQ/RFP documentation and evaluation criteria, advice on the procurement process from inception through the bid and clarification stages, competitive dialogue, contract award and financial close.
