He advises regional and international clients — including founders, startups, and established public and private companies — on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, particularly in the fintech, virtual assets, technology, and emerging sectors.

His work includes mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate structuring, and general corporate advisory mandates.
