He advises regional and international clients, including founders, startups and established public and private companies on a wide range of cross-border corporate transactional and commercial matters, particularly in the F&B, fintech, virtual assets, technology, and emerging technology sectors. This includes mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, corporate structuring, joint ventures and general corporate and commercial advisory matters.
