Bryce is an associate at AX Law specialising in corporate, commercial, and financial services regulatory law, with extensive experience advising clients across the UAE, DIFC, ADGM, and the United States.
He regularly advises regulated financial institutions, fintech businesses, and emerging technology companies on a broad range of matters, including regulatory compliance, licensing strategies, cross-border structuring, and complex commercial arrangements.
Prior to joining AX Law, Bryce led and supported regulatory authorisation and licensing applications before key regulatory authorities including VARA, FSRA, DFSA, CBUAE, and SCA, acting for several of the world’s leading global crypto exchanges and financial services providers.
He has deep expertise in virtual assets, tokenisation, stablecoins, sustainable finance, and innovative business models, and is frequently engaged on matters involving novel and first-of-their-kind regulatory products and services.
In parallel, Bryce advises clients on corporate structuring, private fundraising, group reorganisations, and commercial transactions, including the drafting and negotiation of technology and SaaS agreements, joint ventures, and intra-group arrangements.
