Ashleigh is a partner at AX Law where she focuses on corporate transactions in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.  Prior to joining AX Law, Ashleigh worked for international law firms in Dubai and Edinburgh.

Ashleigh is known for being very client focused and pragmatic in her approach.  She regularly advises international and regional clients, including corporates, investors, founders and management teams, on all aspects of corporate transactional and commercial matters, particularly in the fintech, F&B and hospitality sectors. This includes mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, corporate structuring, joint ventures and general corporate advisory matters.
