Joelle is a Paralegal at AX Law, and contributes across diverse legal domains, encompassing commercial and corporate matters.

She actively supports the team in technology-related legal affairs, providing guidance and legal input on commercial agreements, covering aspects including financial services through digital platforms, data protection and overall regulatory compliance within the technology and telecommunications domains in KSA.  Joelle is also involved in corporate affairs, such as the incorporation of companies across various jurisdictions in the MENA region.

Joelle previously served as junior Legal Counsel at Expo City Dubai providing legal support across diverse areas including contract matters, intellectual property and regulatory compliance. She also collaborated with relevant Authorities for the renewal process for companies incorporated under Dubai Free Zones ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
