Mirko is an associate at AX Law with diverse experience in TMT, banking, and projects. Prior to joining AX Law, Mirko co-lead the FinTech & Technology practice at a top-ranked law firm in Bolivia. He was also an active member of the PPP, Banking & Finance, Commercial, M&A and Dispute Resolution teams.

He regularly advises fintech companies in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, ranging from startups to well-established companies one of the leading digital banks in Saudi Arabia on their day-to-day legal matters, complex technology transactions, and regulatory requirements. Mirko is also engaged on various public sector projects in Saudi Arabia conducting regulatory due diligence and working on various legal documents in relation to projects, public procurement, and PPP’s.
