Sulaiman is an associate at AX Law working across various practices with a focus on corporate transactions. He advises regional and international clients on corporate M&A, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and general corporate aspects in Saudi Arabia. Sulaiman also advises various clients on capital market matters including fund managers, developers, and anchor investors.

Sulaiman represents various clients on their investments in Saudi Arabia such as but not limited to foreign direct investments, family offices, other local investments, as well as cross-border investments. He has been involved with government projects including but not limited to legal due diligence and regulatory assessments. He also advises the firms clients on various disputes before the Saudi Arabia courts.
